THIS BUILD IS UNSUPPORTED!

It will eventually be replaced by the in-development Steam version, which is far more feature complete.

Installation

  1. Open Steam, switch to Library and in the drop-down menu above the search box, select Tools
  2. Find Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer
  3. Go to its Properties, switch to Betas tab and make sure Beta Participation is set to None
  4. Install it

    Or open steam://launch/243750 in your browser

  5. Launch it once and close it
  6. Install 7-Zip

    Extracting the archive using Windows Explorer is prone to errors

  7. Download the mod below
  8. Extract tf_goldrush folder from the archive to
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\tf_goldrush

    Assuming this is where your Steam is installed

  9. Restart Steam
  10. If you get the “You are in insecure mode” error, go to mod’s Properties, switch to General tab, and add -dummy -steam to Launch Options

    Currently, the first option is ignored because of a bug
